✨Christmas Gift Ideas 2023✨

Here are a few of our favourite ideas that hopefully might help with some ideas for different gift ideas this Christmas!

Yoto Player

This is one of the best gift ideas I would recommend! We absolutely love books and stories and the children listen to their Yoto player every single day. You purchase cards to play on the player and there is also loads of free media to listen to including daily podcasts and radio! The player comes everywhere with us and the card holder is perfect for taking the cards too! This is the one thing that I don’t think the children could be without.

There is a brilliant range of Yoto cards from Roald Dahl to instrumental, mindfulness and Phonics and they are always adding more. You can also create your own cards too.

Kinetic Sand

The children love the sets from Kinetic Sand, and specially the sets where you have to find items hidden in the sand! If you haven’t played with it before, the sand feels nice through your fingers and it clumps together so is clean too.

There are lots of different kinetic sand sets you can choose from!

Happy Puzzle Company

The children really love the mental challenge of a good puzzle, as well as the creativity, problem solving and satisfaction, it really helps them relax too! These games from @happypuzzlecompany are great for little puzzle fans this Christmas (and us grown ups love to have a go too!) 🧩

Lost 4 Words is a word game against the clock, you have to identify the missing word that links the words on the card, this is quick fire and the kids thought my frantic efforts were hilarious! 😄A great game for everyone to play together over Christmas! ⏳

The IQ Mini is an ideal stocking filler and to take on adventures, it has its own little case and I know this is going to come camping with us! You position blocker pieces and then have to fit all the other six pieces into the remaining spaces. Suitable for 6 and upwards the little guy has been loving this and taking it everywhere with him!

IQ Jigsaw is trickier than any other jigsaw! Set up the challenge and then you have to fit in the remaining jigsaw pieces, however to make it even trickier the pieces can go either way up! There is only one solution so be prepared to be puzzled! 🧩

Dropzone is a new construction logic game that can be played on your own or against someone, the aim is to connect all the towers, bridges and ramps to get your marble to the correct finishing point. Add into that clues gained from the roll of a dice that may just help you beat your opponent! 🎲

They make the most beautiful bespoke designs that make wonderful personalised Christmas presents. From personalised planters to Christmas pjs and advent calendars. If you are looking for something special there are loads of great gift ideas to choose from!

Keen Walking Boots

Keen boots are so well designed and extremely well made walking boots, they are by far the best boots we have had.

My daughter has the Wanduro boots and my son the Targhee boots. The boots are waterproof, breathable, comfortable and designed to last. They have a heel-capture system for added stability

I love the protected toe area which is great for kids who love to clamber over rocks and kick stones to stop the toe area wearing away!

They have a multi-directional pattern on the base for extra grip and stability, this has been well tested clambering and running in them!

I have the Women’s Pyrenees boots and I can easily say they are the most comfortable boots I have ever had. Exceptional quality from Keen.

Toastd Kits

Toasting marshmallows is a campfire must do! These kits from ToastdKits include everything you need, Marshmallows, skewers, dipping chocolate and the all important stove.

The stove tin you simply remove the lid and light the stove fuel, so easy and safer for little ones than a big open fire. When you have finished you just put the lid back in and save the fuel for the next time, ours lasted for so many toastings!

The marshmallows are the tastiest marshmallows I have ever tried and the Belgian chocolate is so delicious.

They are ideal kits for camping or fun in the garden at home! Everything is great quality and well put together, these kits would make great gifts!

Natural Play Make Up

This is a lovely way for children to play with make up as there comes a time when they are interested and fancy trying it themselves. I am wary of the children not growing up too fast and using make up but it is inevitable they will want to try and play with it, and this is a lovely small business that is all about the sparkle, fun and no chemical nasties!

The products use natural minerals, butters and oils and won’t block the pores of the skin. Their nail polishes are water based, vegan and fragrance free. The make up also only has hints of colour to make sure it is more natural for children. As well as the Younger children range they also have a Junior range for children as they grow, still maintaining the natural quality ingredients of the make up.

The make up pots are also made from recycled paper to be kinder to the environment. A company that is kind on the skin and the environment.

My daughter uses it for her dancing shows, it’s so nice and gentle on her skin and really subtle colours too.
